This is a 3-month program that will give you all of the education and tools needed to take your health and life to a new level.
You will receive a PDF with about 30 pages of concepts and application. Topics will include: mindset, stress, nutrition, fitness/movement, and sleep. We will then go into a 12-week program of education and application, breaking down the holistic concepts on a week-by-week basis to ensure success.
This program includes an initial 60-minute Zoom call to go over history and goals, assess movement patterns and nutritional preferences.
I will then design a training program delivered to you on an app. The app has exercise video demonstrations and workout logs to track workouts.
Nutrition coaching will be education-based. There is no generic “diet” that works for everyone. You will learn everything you need in order to use food as medicine and how it interacts with your DNA.
The other coaching areas will address lifestyle factors delivering you tools ensuring you make better decisions with food, are more consistent with your workouts, lower stress, and get better sleep. You will develop all the essential skills to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
We will have weekly email communication and a monthly Zoom call. This program pacts a huge punch for those looking to receive a lot of value without having a financial burden. You will get a ton of resources and a clear path to success on your health and fitness journey.
