Strength & Stability Workout

This workout is geared to improve your body’s range of motion and movement quality while challenging your strength and stability.

You could run this in a circuit style or perform an exercise, rest, then repeat.

There are many ways to scale intensity including: tempo, range of motion, weight, reps, time, etc. I would revisit this workout and challenge yourself through different stimuli.

Aim for 9-16 reps on these exercises but in order to elicit response in your body, make sure to keep the intensity of a given set hard, make sure form is the focus and challenge yourself.

Cycle through each exercise 3-4 times.
